Step 1: Access Your Paystream Dashboard

If you don't have a Paystream account yet, go to the Paystream website and sign up. Once your account is activated, log in to the Paystream Dashboard.

Step 2: Create a Restricted API Key

In Paystream, open Developers and then API keys. Create a restricted key with read access to charges, payouts, customers and invoices. Copy the key and store it somewhere safe.

Step 3: Connect Paystream in Euphoria

Open Settings in Euphoria, choose Integrations and select Paystream. Paste your restricted key, give the connection a clear name and click Connect to start importing payment history.

Step 4: Map Payments, Payouts & Fees

Match Paystream charges, refunds, payouts and processing fees to the right accounts in Euphoria. Link Paystream customers to your existing contacts so every payment reconciles against the correct invoice and your revenue reports stay accurate.

Step 5: Test Integration

Make a small test payment in Paystream's test mode, or wait for a live charge, then run a sync. Check that the gross amount, fee and net payout all appear correctly in Euphoria.

Step 6: Additional Configuration (If Applicable)

Choose how often payouts are reconciled, set a default clearing account and enable alerts for disputes or failed payouts. Multi-currency accounts can be mapped one by one.
