Step 1: Access Your Cardvault Account

If your company doesn't use Cardvault yet, apply on the Cardvault website and complete onboarding. Once approved, log in to your Cardvault dashboard as an admin.

Step 2: Generate a Cardvault API Token

In Cardvault, open Developer settings and create a new user token. Give it read access to transactions, cards and receipts, then copy the token before you close the settings window.

Step 3: Connect Cardvault in Euphoria

Head to Settings in Euphoria, select Integrations and choose Cardvault. Paste the API token, confirm the connection and Euphoria will begin importing your recent card transactions.

Step 4: Map Cards, Merchants & Categories

Link each Cardvault card and cardholder to the correct employee in Euphoria, then map merchant categories to your expense accounts. Receipts and memos travel with each transaction, so approvals and month-end close move much faster for the team.

Step 5: Test the Integration

Make a small purchase on a Cardvault card or use a recent transaction and run a manual sync. Confirm the cardholder, merchant, category and receipt all show up correctly in Euphoria.

Step 6: Additional Configuration (If Applicable)

Pick a sync frequency, choose which entities or cards to include and set spending alerts for your finance team. You can revoke the token in Cardvault at any time to stop syncing.
